What is your order minimum?

The minimum is $400 for delivery via a Peterson truck. There is no minimum for will-call pickup. If you have any questions or concerns please contact your sales representative. 

How do I make a payment?

What are your will-call hours at the Auburn warehouse?

Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-3pm & Friday, 7:30am-2:00pm.

What time do I need to place my order for delivery the next day?

Orders for next-day delivery must be received before 3pm.

How do I open an account?

Please apply online here or give us a call us at (800)-735-0313 and select option 3 to speak with an inside sales representative about opening a wholesale account.

Can I place an order for will-call without setting up an account?

Yes, we accept orders from businesses without a wholesale account for will-call pickup. Give us a call at (800) 735-0313 to place an order for will-call.

Do you deliver in my area?

Can you deliver to a residential address?

No, our trucks are not able to deliver to residential addresses.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Keep in mind that merchant and service fees may be applied to credit card transactions. 

Can I enter my own orders?

Yes. If you have an active Peterson wholesale account, you can create an online account and log in to place orders online. Select the link below to learn more about our online ordering process.

How soon after I place a will-call order can I pick it up?

2 hours.

Can I place an order in-person?

No, please call your Inside or Outside Sales Rep so they can assist you with placing an order.
